The location of the hotel made exploring the area easy and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed.

I appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives but noticed that breakfast used disposable items.

Charming, Charming, Charming

The views from my King Studio Suite with Balcony were out of this world, offering a perfect glimpse of the serene river. Going above and beyond, especially during breakfast-shoutout to Yesenia and Alicia for the delicious waffles and friendly service! Plus, with Falls Park just a hop away, I loved being able to stroll by the water and soak in the vibrant atmosphere.

Convenient access to local attractions.

Our thermostat was locked and couldn't be adjusted below 69 degrees, which made our stay uncomfortable. The breakfast options were very disappointing. the fake egg omelets were not appetizing, and the bananas offered were all unripe. With the price we paid for the room, I expected better amenities like complimentary bottled water.

We stayed here for two nights, and the easy walking access to Fluor Field and the nearby parks made our weekend an absolute delight, allowing us to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Greenville's downtown and relax in nature so close at hand.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in downtown Greenville. The location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the comfortable room allowed for a restful night. Minor confusion with parking, but overall a lovely experience!

The location was fantastic for exploring downtown. We loved taking the scenic riverside stroll, which was perfect for our kids. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with fresh smoothies that our children couldn't get enough of, making mornings hassle-free.

In my kids' opinion, adding a splash pad or water play area would be great for families.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved exploring the beautiful parks and biking along the scenic trails nearby. The hotel was in a great spot, making it easy to enjoy the local restaurants and vibe. Staff were really helpful, and the breakfast was a bonus. Highly recommend trying Papi's Tacos and Greektown Grille for food!
